Biography - Jean-Jacques Laliberté
M. Laliberté’s business and training experience spans forty years. As former business owner of a chocolate factory Jean & Charles Chocolate for twenty-one years, he worked to constantly develop and his sales, administrative and production personnel to constantly improve their productivity and performance to realize measurable results. The same challenges that a business coach can experience in human behaviour, actions and learning.
In 1998 M. Laliberté decided to put his vast experience at the disposal of the business community and started Leadership & Performance. Like many business owners J.J is a graduate of the University of Life and has received the certificate of good sense. This permits him to add that special life knowledge to all of his coaching sessions, to enrich people with the realities of business life. He is perfectly bilingual and can coach effectively in both languages.
M Laliberté has given sales coaching to both, direct sales and retail organisations. He has coached « Result Centred Leadership» and «Successful team Leadership» to legal and construction firms. He is also skilled in executive coaching and one on one coaching because of his extensive business experience.
J.J is proud of his many accreditations «Train the Trainer» , «Acciss», for sales training, «Strategic Career Management» and «Result Centered Leadership» He has been accredited by the “chambre de la sécurité financière” for 30 U F C credits required by financial consultants to maintain their license every year and is also accredited by “ Emploi Québec ” for the 1 % credit on training, required under bill 90, by all employers in the province of quebec.
He was responsible for the development of fund raising in Canada for thirty-six (36) years. One of J. J’s strengths is, his capacity to help sales people in any industry to develop their sales by adopting a consultative approach. The ability to build relationships is a key success factor and a skill and asking for the order, as much as humanly possible.
