Edward L. Moore has 20+ years of practical management experience and was the Founder/CEO of a number of successful companies.

His technical expertise is in Software Design and various engineering disciplines including Mechanical Engineering, with focus in Engine Controls and Vibration Science and Electrical Engineering, specialization in Semiconductors and Software for Analog Design, Simulation and Modeling.

Edward has executed mandates in the areas of Due Diligence, Finance, Intellectual Property Management, Channel Development, Restructuring and International Trade. He was instrumental in the purchase and/or merger of several IT companies.

Edward formed ANACAD in 1985 (Germany), a microelectronics company specialized Circuit Modeling and Analog and Mixed Signal Simulation. When it was sold in 1994 to Mentor Graphics (US public company), ANACAD was a technological leader, profitable, with wholly owned operations in Germany, France, UK, Egypt, USA and Japan. Even today, Eldo, its main product, sets the standard in Integrated Circuit Analysis.

Later, he founded and run a number of other businesses, often with partners, among which were Starbase SARL (France, 1995), a DSP Device Design Company, Mayflower GmbH (Germany, 1998), a company for software-based Asset Management, Divepoint GmbH (Germany, 1998), a Scuba Diving operation, and TradeLabs Inc (USA, 1999), a software product and services company.

In June 2007, Edward merged his consulting business interests into Bay Stream Ventures Inc.
