We Believe . . .
Getting the right people in the right roles is critical to business success. If you don't have the right people in the position - especially in leadership and sales roles, all the training in the world won't fix the problem.
Good leaders, good managers and good salespeople are reflections of a good person. In other words, adding a layer of skills to someone with problems in other parts of their life is like putting a layer of paint over rust. We work with the whole person to assure that the skills "stick".
People don't hear answers if they don't have questions. If people don't know what they don't know, they are less open to learning. Our process is designed to help them come up with questions for more information and a desire to learn.
While we can't "change" people, we can help change some behaviour by introducing knowledge and skills over time. If they are engaged and wanting to make changes we can provide the reinforcement and support to do so.
That spaced repetition is required in producing behaviour change.
Goal setting and successful achievement of those goals can help people gain greater control over their future and choose changes that make sense in order to reach their goals. Internal motivation fuelled by a desire to reach personal goals is the best form of sustained motivation.
Assuming and accepting 100% personal responsibility is the key to personal success and freedom. Blaming other people or circumstances is always counterproductive. The question is always, "What can I do to make this situation better?"
People have tremendous untapped potential and can achieve great things if they have the awareness, are given the tools and develop the personal motivation to want something better than what they currently have.
Everything starts at the top. The president of the company is the most important person in creating change. This person models the behaviour and signals the message that everyone else is in tune with. Employees will make their decisions on how to behave based on what you do and who you are, not on what you say.
